1| Machining composite materials

The composite material includes a panel formed by two films of external thermoplastic polymer linked to warm a central core, otherwise a core, also made of thermoplastic polymer. The core structure with honeycomb gives rigidity to the panel, while the two outer skins give a view of the finished look. It is possible to work with these materials and machines as "stand alone" (traditional) than with cutting machines "on the fly." The latter may perform the longitudinal trimming and subsequently the cross cuts in molding lines continuously (or where the material is in constant motion).
